Buchanon’s Interiors was started over 40 years ago by Frank and Donna Buchanon, Jaison’s grandparents, in Las Vegas, NV. It was a full-service shop that sold auto and furniture upholstery, draperies, and bedspreads.
1968.
In 1968, Frank and Donna moved the business to Eddyville, KY and has been in the same location ever since..
1983.
In 1983, Jaison's parents, Jerry and Chere Riley bought the flooring part of the business. Frank and Donna moved the upholstery, draperies, and window coverings to Fredonia where they still work today.
2007.
In 2007, Jaison and Amy bought the flooring business from Jerry and Chere. They continued to establish the family tradition of treating customers like family and ensuring their satisfaction when all is said and done.
2014.
In 2015, Jaison and Amy made the decision to change the name of the business to more accurately reflect the growth of the products and services they offered. Buchanon’s Flooring became Buchanon’s Design Center—to many they are considered the area’s premier design source for homes, businesses, boats and more.
